If we’re a great match, we will discuss the design proposal/ design brief and timeline, and then I’ll send over a contract for you to review. The invoice will be included in the contract.
A 50% deposit is required to kickstart your custom design project.
License: The custom design/s are exclusively yours, forever, for any product, surface, or purpose you choose.

phase 2.
bringing your dreams to life
I’ll create a mood board, colour palette, and concept sketches to help bring your vision to life.
Your input is crucial during this stage! We’ll work closely together, refining the design until it’s perfect for your brand.
Every design is original, hand-drawn, and then brought to life as a seamless repeat design or placement print/illustration in a digital format.
You’ll receive multiple pattern or design options and mock-ups on different product examples in this stage, so you can visualize the scale, colours, and final look.
I can also match and provide Pantone colours for you.
Once you’ve chosen your favourite, I’ll organise all your final files for delivery and send the via email, ready for you to print on your products. Final payment is required before final file delivery.
The seamless repeat files or placement print/illustrations will be provided in a RGB JPEG format & PDF unless otherwise discussed or specified by your manufacturer for specific printing methods.

I love capturing and sharing snippets of my design process and pattern creation with you. You’ll receive some short clips/stills of behind-the-scenes content to use for your social media, blog, product launch, or website if you wish.
Customers appreciate a meaningful connection between an artist and a brand. Sharing the creative journey adds depth to your brand story, creating a more engaging and memorable experience.
